What happens to my photos?
Photos are previewed locally. A sign-in or checkout draft may keep them in this browser for up to an hour. Generating sends them to our server for validation, orientation correction and EXIF removal, then to the configured video provider. The application stores task settings, credit records and a result URL rather than original photo files. Use photos of yourself or people who have agreed.
How long can I access my videos?
My videos displays your own records from the last 3 days. This is a history window, not guaranteed video storage. Temporary provider links may expire within 24 hours or sooner. Download completed files promptly. Older task and credit records may remain for accounting and refunds.
What about accounts and payments?
When configured, Google sign-in provides the account identity; Stripe processes credit purchases and payment details. Sessions and credit balances are separate from local photo previews. The contact composer only prepares a draft unless an actual support delivery route is configured.
Are analytics enabled?
When analytics are enabled for the production site, usage events may be processed by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or PostHog. Photo and contact areas use content masking. Photo files, account credentials and contact drafts must not be sent as event properties. This project does not use an unrelated website’s GA4 or Clarity identity.
